Hicks Designline is an award winning interior design studio, specializing in healthcare. The stuido was established in Gig Harbor in 1988 by Azar Hicks, the sole designer and owner, and was relocated to North Tacoma in 1991.
Services offered by Hicks Designline include specification of all interior materials: flooring,
wall treatment, furnishings, lighting, providing plans and interior specification charts
for contractors, and supervising the implementation of design.
Being an artist had given me the posibility and ability to bring original art to my own newly designed or renovated projects.

Donor appreciation and recognition walls are a great opportunity to creat public art with layers of different attractions for different viewers. I have studied, researched, and experimented with combining materials for creating donor appreciation walls and donor dedications. With the command and knowledge of designing the total interior, I have the advantage of accommodating donor apprecitation walls and dedications as a harmonious element into the archetecture of the environment. I create works of art that are visually and esthetically successful public art with a superior mission of honoring the generosity of the donors.

When the budget does not allow for total renovation, my skill as a fine art artist has allowed me to pass this obstacle by designing and creating proper art for the project. A few colorful original pieces planned and placed strategically can do wonders transforming a gray and dull environment into an engaging vibrant environment. The creation of amazing visual environments have been accomplished without the cost and expense of major renovations.
